How to​ Configure and Generate​ Android Build

1.Open Magento admin panel, and get login.
2.From Magento admin panel, select Mofluid>>Download Build>>Android

Build3.From the left side panel, select the Account Credentials and provide the necessary details.

image064.In Account Credentials section, provide the details:

a) Account Credentials

In this section, provide the following details:

Mofluid Credentials: It includes the Mofluid Username and Mofluid Password.image03

  • Mofluid Username :

For Pro Version: Provide your email address which you have used to purchase Mofluid extension
For Free Version: Provide any of your email id.

  • Mofluid Password:

For Pro Version: Provide the password of 6 or more characters, Leading or trailing spaces will be ignored.
For Free Version: Make sure you must enter the password – freemofluid.

b) Application Signing Key

  • Signing Key Type: If you are using Mofluid first time , please select “Apply for New Signing Key”Screenshot_new keyIf you already have the Signing key generated before then select “I already have a Signing Key”

  • Signing Key: Upload the Android Signing Key (.keystore file). If you don’t have  such file select “Apply for New Signing Key” from Signing Key Type Field. If you want to make version of the app it is required to upload the keystore file which you have already generated for earlier version.image13
  • Signing Key Password: Set Password for your New Signing key or If you already  have the key, provide the same password which you have set at the time of creation.image18
  • Signing Key Store Password: Set Password for your New Signing key Store Information or If you already have the key, provide the same password which you have set at the time of creation.image15

        (Note : Signing Key password and Signing key store password should be same of minimum 6 characters  excluding space and special characters)

  • Signing Key Validity (In days):  Set Number of days for your signing key validity after that your key will expire for reuse.image05
  • Common Name: Set Common Name for the Key, generally Name of the Application Owner.image12
  • Organization Name: Set Organization Name for the Key, generally Name of the Owner’s Organization.image14
  • Organization Unit: Set Organization Unit for the Key, generally Unit name of the Owner’s Organization like Development, QA, Production, Marketing, Sale etcimage04
  • City or Locality: Set City or locality for the Key, generally name of the city or locality where owner’s organization is situated.image09
  • State or Province Name: Set State or Province Name for the Key, generally name of the state or province where owner’s organization is situated.image08
  • Country Code: Set Country Code in 2 characters where owner’s organization is situated like US for United States, IN for India, UK for United Kingdom etc.image025.From the left side panel, select the Build Configuration and provide the necessary details.

a) Application Configuration

In this section, provide the following details:

  • Application Name: Enter your mobile application name.
  • Application’s Bundle ID: Enter your mobile application’s bundle ID. This bundle ID is used to identify your App uniquely. The nomenclature for this is used as the reverse domain, eg.  com.mofluid.appname
  • Version: Enter the Version number for your mobile App.

Store: Select your available Magento Store.It is to be noted that App will work for a single store onlyimage19 

b) Default Currency

In this section, select Default Currency for your App.It must be same as set in System>>Configuration>>General>>Currency Setup>>Currency Options>>Default Display Currency.image01

c) Mobile App Theme Setup

In this section, select the Theme for your mobile App.image206. From the left side panel, select the Application’s Assets.

In this section, you have to select and upload the corresponding Icons, Splash Screens for your mobile. To know more, visit Application’s Assets.

7.After setting all the required details in Mofluid Build – Android section, you will be able to generate the Android Build for your App.

At the top-right, there are three options available as you can see in below screenshot.Magento 1

  • Onclick Reset, it will reset all the entries with default or previously saved content.
  • Onclick Save Details, your new details in corresponding entries will get saved.
  • Onclick Generate App, you will receive the Android Build for your mobile App via email. Build will be sent to your registered email (i.e the Mofluid Username you have entered in Account Credentials section).
